The Company reserves the sole right to determine the operational feasibility, suitability, and onboarding eligibility of any property based upon internal assessment parameters, field verification findings, available records, dispute status, accessibility, legal limitations, regulatory concerns, safety considerations, or other operational factors.
No refund shall be applicable for delays, rejection, or inability to onboard properties arising due to incomplete information, misleading submissions, customer-side non-cooperation, or undisclosed disputes.
Certain add-on services, premium operational services, field verification activities, intelligence assessments, property inspections, feasibility evaluations, documentation reviews, compliance checks, or specialized service requests may require payment of an advance assessment and booking charge of INR 999 or such other amount as communicated by the Company from time to time.
Payment of such amount shall constitute the customer’s confirmed intention and authorization to avail the requested services and shall enable the Company to allocate operational resources, personnel, backend processing, assessment activities, field operations, and service-related infrastructure for the requested assignment.
The aforesaid assessment and booking charge shall be strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to cancellation, change of intention, non-usage of services, onboarding rejection, operational findings, feasibility status, dispute identification, delays, or discontinuation of the request by the customer, as such charges are incurred towards operational commitment, manpower deployment, backend processing, preliminary assessment efforts, and service allocation activities initiated by the Company.
The Company reserves the right to revise, modify, restructure, suspend, discontinue, expand, or withdraw any subscription plan, pricing structure, feature, service inclusion, operational limit, or platform functionality at any time without prior notice.
Certain subscription plans may automatically renew upon completion of the applicable billing cycle unless cancelled by the user prior to the renewal date in accordance with the cancellation process prescribed by the Company.
Users shall be solely responsible for maintaining valid payment methods, updated billing details, and sufficient authorization for recurring payments where applicable.
